The Water Cooler World Team
Here at Water Cooler World our people are our greatest asset. We believe a coherent and motivated team of passionate people will achieve more in any circumstance than simply a collection of individuals. In addition to this, being down to earth is an essential necessity in our company - our relatively flat managerial structure means that both Mike and Barbara can relate to all the employees, as in the beginning they were the people delivering water, cleaning the coolers and loving every minute of it!

Mike Webb - Managing Director
Mike has enjoyed a long and varied career in sales selling anything from motorbike helmets to hotair balloons - and proving to be extremely successful. He had the idea of starting up his own company when he realised the poor service that his workplace was receiving from their water cooler provider. It took 6 weeks for a bottle of water to be delivered to a busy office. He thought- I can do this better, so he did! Here we are 3 years later with a thriving company which caters for every end of the market from sports bottles to high capacity water coolers! His passion and enthusiasm has been a key ingredient in the success of Natural Welsh Water and water cooler world and the secrets of the trade will be passed on to you when embarking on your own voyage! |
